Presentations & posters

Oral sessions

The time for oral presentation is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.

All presenters in the oral sessions are kindly asked to upload their presentations in pdf format using their account in the Coffee system, the same that was used to submit abstracts (Abstracts/Upload presentation in the left-hand side panel). Please upload the presentation file no later than one day before your scheduled presentation. As a backup option, please also bring the presentation file on a USB drive to the session room.

The files will not be accessible to other participants, only to the conference organizers. The oral presentations will not be recorded.

Online presenters are also asked to upload their presentations in advance in the Coffee system, as a backup option in case of problems with screen sharing during the connection.

Oral presentations of online participants will be performed by screen sharing on MSTeams platform. It is strongly recommended that all online presenters check the connection via MSTeams before the conference, using the same computer and network that they plan to use for their presentation. Information about test connections will be provided to online participants by email.

Posters

All poster presenters are kindly asked to upload their posters in pdf format using their account in the Coffee system, the same that was used to submit abstracts (Abstracts/Upload presentation in the left-hand side panel). Please upload the file no later than 19 June.

Please use A0 format (1189 mm x 841 mm) and portrait orientation for posters. The uploaded posters will be accessible to all participants via the Coffee Live platform during the whole conference.

For in-person participants we offer free printing of the uploaded posters. Please let us know if you want to have your poster printed and upload the file by 19 June. Posters can be picked up from the organizers and attached to the poster boards on 21 June, before the poster session which starts at 17:00. Posters will be removed directly after the end of the poster session.
