Please read through all the instructions on this page before proceeding with payment for the registration.

All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance to get lower rates. CMWR 2026 is fully in-person. Please make travel arrangements (hotel, flights, etc.) at your earliest convenience.

The registration fees include:

  • All the conference sessions.
  • Morning/Afternoon breaks and lunches each day during the conference (see the conference program for more details).

* The banquet dinner and social event scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, will require an additional fee of €100. The deadline for registration for the social event is May 15.

* Student registrants are required to provide proof of their student status (e.g., a certificate letter from their institution) at the time of registration. Otherwise, the student registration may be canceled and a full registration fee will be required. The student category includes undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students.

For authors:

For each abstract accepted for CMWR 2026, at least one of the authors needs to be registered, with the commitment to present at the conference. Abstracts without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the program and the book of abstracts. The deadline for author registration is April 15, 2026 (early-bird rate). Each registered participant can present only one contribution.

Refund policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Registrations canceled by April 15, 2026 will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations canceled between April 16, 2026 and May 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations canceled after May 15, 2026 will not be refunded.

Liability:

By paying the registration fee, the participant acknowledges that he/she has no claim against the conference organizers in the event that the conference is changed, hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unforeseeable natural disasters, cancellation of speakers or other unforeseeable events.

Insurance:

The organizers are not responsible for individual medical, travel, or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical expenses, and injury. CMWR 2026 and/or the conference organizers accept no responsibility for delegates’ failure to obtain adequate insurance.
