Please read through all the instructions on this page before proceeding with payment for the registration.

All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance to get lower rates. CMWR 2026 is fully in-person. Please make travel arrangements (hotel, flights, etc.) at your earliest convenience.

The registration fees include:

  • All the conference sessions.
  • Conference kit including the official conference material.
  • Morning/Afternoon breaks and lunches each day during the conference.
  • Opening reception on Sunday (June 28) and banquet dinner on Wednesday (July 1).

For authors:

For each abstract accepted for CMWR 2026, at least one of the authors needs to be registered, with the commitment to present at the conference. Abstracts without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the program and the book of abstracts. The deadline for author registration is April 15, 2026 (early-bird rate).

Payment methods:

The recommended payment methods are by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and AMEX. The online registration system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal information. Please note that for secure online payments, your bank may ask you for personal information or a security code that you will receive by phone or email.

Refund policy:

All cancellations must be notified by sending emails to … The following conditions will be applied:

1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he or she may, in consultation with the conference organizers, substitute someone else who can present.

2. If the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their place to another person, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Registrations canceled by April 15, 2026 will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations canceled between April 16, 2026 and May 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Registrations canceled after May 15, 2026 will not be refunded.

3. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after the conference ends.

Liability:

By paying the registration fee, the participant acknowledges that he/she has no claim against the conference organizers in the event that the conference is changed, hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unforeseeable natural disasters, cancellation of speakers or other unforeseeable events.

Insurance:

The organizers are not responsible for individual medical, travel, or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical expenses, and injury. CMWR 2026 and/or the conference organizers accept no responsibility for delegates’ failure to obtain adequate insurance.
